Can't. Subdivision is under city control. But anyone is free to buy a home as long as they have the money. What is your point?

Do you live in some sort of isolated place a cave maybe. This is exactly what has happened in any big city that I have been in here or in the USA in the last few years. And what's more our laws require that I accept and respect their culture. Our Gov.s insist on this so my response would be nothing it is the LAW.

You are a fool. I live three blocks from the folks who are in jail for the Air India bombing and the Japanese Airport bombing. I am living just as you describe my fine feathered friend (group of individuals subdivided my neighborhood and put in a well-financed "foreign" culture). I am caucacian/christian and my neighborhood has developed into a majority of Sikh Moderates with a healthy helping of Fundos. Almost every household is well financed as you put it, we are all upper middle class. I have never had a problem because of my race and a lot of crackers (but mostly the media)tend to blow it all out of proportion.
