There are a bunch of big $$$ homes on Quentin on the east side by Rand, they look pretty nice. Overall, Lk Zurich has had a nice run up in property values, just like everywhere else, over the last three years. Anything property that goes up more than +10% a year in a town that has no public transportation to the city is, IMO, pricey.
