>> Hegemony. You like that word, don't you? <<

yes, it is so descriptive and fitting.

>> But, why do you think that influence equates to aggression? <<

well i think the u.s. government has slaughtered innocent people for no good reason and then had the audacity to lie about it. i am naturally very distrustful of all governments--not just ours.

>> You also keep talking about US acts of terrorism, plundering and pillaging. <<

i have pointed out previously that the united states bombed the chinese embassy deliberately killing innocent civilians. i don't see how this was any different as a war crime than what we witnessed on 09/11/01.

>> Was our "hegemony" over the all-white government of South Africa an act of aggression? <<

you keep trying to bring up other instances that i never even cited to draw the debate onto your terms. how come you never want to address the acts that i have specifically cited? let's focus on acts of aggression that i have cited rather than shifting and diverting the focus to what you want to talk about. i'm well aware of this debating tactic of yours and i will not let you get away with it.

>> Is attempting to broker peace (another act of hegemony) between Israel and the Palestinians a terrorist act? <<

attempting to broker peace is not an act of hegemony. you better practice usage of the word a few more times before citing it in your arguments ;-)

>> Just what terrorism, plundering and pillaging are you talking about? <<

i have cited numerous examples. i like the chinese embassy bombing in belgrade because that was enacted on a third party who was not even directly involved in the dispute between the serbs and the kla.
