I've not looked into other web conferencing solutions or the cost. What I can tell you is that one of our company executives who happened by while I was on the conference said, "We need to get this." The picture quality was excellent and fast. There was very little delay in seeing what was being done on the PC on their end, and we were an entire continent apart. The voice portion was via regular teleconference, and was very good also. I did get disconnected once though. What was also really neat was the "virtual whiteboard." I don't know if that's what WEBX calls it, but the guy on the other end was drawing network diagrams and we could see them on our end. Very cool.
