BUSH, CLINTON, BUSH....all have been whacking at the intelligence budgets.... the reason...they tried to go over the top years ago and got their chain pulled..... and the recent events continue to show, it's not the MONEY that restricts them....it's their abilities and the fact that most of the uppy ups are relics from the cold war....and King BUSH and RUMMIE RUMSFELD are at the top of that list. and since Prince Bush took office he has castrated the only guy with real experience in the cabinet.... Colin Powell and decided to give all the power to piss off the rest of our allies to CUNNY rice... and this is what that has produced. CC
