Before the attack, I had about 12% cash in my IRA, and now it's more like 18% cash. I haven't done any buying (or selling) this week, but I think tomorrow is the day to start nibbling.

My 401K has been hammered, but as I won't be touching that for many years at this point, I haven't been as worried. Right now I'm spread across a series of risk levels with only about 40% going into securities at this point (the rest is short term or bond funds). I do think the market is oversold at this point, but I'm still waiting to see a fundamental rather than a technical reason to really get bullish again. I hope Washington starts providing those fundamental reasons... largely because a fair portion of the current mess is a result of Fed action...
