This is not a reason to start suspecting everyone either. Normal police work and some international concerted actions can cut most of the means of these terrorists. In the wake of the 11th, international pow-wows have been cut short and I see measures taken. Two days ago, TV showed a list (stupids) of names from whom the bank accounts are being frozen in Europe. They'll have to change names again <ng>. Postive is that Zwitserland lifted the bank secrecy for suspects of terrorism (as they already did for drug suspects). Lotsa changes in the past few days.
