Investment demand likely picked up dramatically after US legalisation in '74 - sharelynx.net

'It's different this time', though - it's the net figure that is most important - likely disinvestment has been filling a great deal of investment demand for the last four or five years ... if gold starts to look like it will give a return, along with increasingly interested buyers you get increasingly less interested sellers ... maybe ... Jay Chen made the point weeks back in [what was] the Collapse thread, that a Soros combined with China and maybe a coalition of Chaostans could do in the greenback by running gold, and profit greatly from so doing ... not that i'm presenting this as likely, just interesting .... cheers
