I agree. I play the market as opportunities arise. I try to stop myself catching a falling knife. But I have put in place absolute rock bottom prices for quality companies that I will not regret buying, no matter how much lower they go later on. As a rule, I'd like to buy a financially healthy company with operating margins in low teens for 1x revenue plus cash. I make some exceptions, but not many.
