Any upgrade/downgrade during option week is a sign that the firm needs a big swing by option expiration. Suddenly the NEM 22.5 puts are intrinisically worthless. You can bet that GS must have been short a boatload of 'em.

Smells like a comin sucker punch to me too. Time to sell & buy smaller after net fall? My biggest paydays in recent times have come from BGO fwiw.
