G, What we have here is a big one time event that will kill the idea that the economy bottomed in this quarter and will get the next quarter off to a less than rousing start. November/December for business becomes the key and that depends on how well the war goes and how well the prevention of terrorism goes domestically. If both go OK, we should get a rally that will stick. Of course the real rally will come when investors perceive this will be the case. That's why tonights speech has such import for the next few days and weeks in the markets. Mike
