Not likely. That's a fair fight. They'll lose.

Might end up that way, as always when we win, but what bothers me is that wasn't with suicidal maniacs who actually want to die. The sad part is that we may have to indulge them in that wish. This is only dishonorable if we kill innocent and harmless. We won't do that, I'm sure; we've learned a lot, IMO. I'm encouraged by the openness of dialogues like this thread, and many comments in the media.

You may not have been around during Vietnam, but it seems to me the media was much more controlled back then, and less input from the American people that are paying the frieght in lives and dollars.

People today seem like highly motivated fight-to-the-death if need be, like on Flight 93. That was awesome. Those are people who are both courageous and honorable, like the heart of our country.
