At least Colin Powell is engagued and will likely interrupt Bush's movie outings with C.Rice. I must be really hard for him to drag Bush from idea to idea so that we aren't in a "crusade" or a maybe/maybe-not war or police action. It will be best if the military plans most of the actions at night so they don't have to wake Bush up.
