Thanks for doing the research.
CEI is at a very attractive price now given that 13% is hospitality oriented and the stock is off more than this since the WTC attack.
On the other hand, the ^RMS has just crossed under the 200 day moving average. If it doesn't put in a bottom in the next 2 days, I will be on the sidelines.
The MHX FCH merger fell apart. I think the arbitrageurs got creamed and had to sell the MHX long positions and buy back the FCH shorts. This should reverse some time on Monday when they are cleared out of their positions. MHX is yielding 25% or so at this price. VERY risky for more than a few hour trade, but a good chance that this is a short term bottom for MHX.
I love a lot of REITs at these prices, but I'm not fighting the tape this time. I may pick up a few shares of double digit yields of REITs with very strong dividend coverage or some convertible preferreds, but otherwise I will be very very patient.
