Following the links all I get is an LA times article. That's not what you're looking for is it?

If someone that downloaded the file you're looking for hasn't cleared their temporary internet file cache since viewing it the file will be located (for internet explorer users) in C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files

Perhaps an easier way to find it would be to do a search for *.swf. That will find all Shockwave files on one's computer. A search of your local newspaper for swf will return slightly different results. <gg>
