Hi G,

I agree with your points. The future is periless. It simply requires belief in a time period where many are skeptical.

Therefore we must believe in what is right.

It is good to be back from Alaska - it is amazing how much life can change in 10 days.

Good to hear from you.

Bob

Gottfried, I also thought it was an excellent speech. I don't know exactly what the best course is for the USA to take, but I think GWB really rose to the occasion tonight, and my gut feel is that he is handling this properly. We are in uncharted waters now. Perhaps a "sleeping giant" has been awakened once again. I remain hopeful, with my fingers crossed.

The attack on the World Trade Center hit very close to home for me, as I am originally from New York. I am very fortunate in that no family members were injured, but it was a bit close.

God bless America, and all the good people elsewhere who will stand beside us.

John
