She did run against Rudy and he dropped out. In her mind she beat him. So I saw the original post as accurate in fact but really accurate in spirit. Now there is talk of changing the rules so Rudy can remain Mayor of New York. Remember there was talk of mr. bill running, it was not serious but in's a non consideration now.
