Right now, I think much of the money coming out of the market is foreign investments. How do we handle that?

I have to disagree, and I hope I'm wrong, but I think the Dow will see 7500 before it sees 9000. Too much uncertainty, too many layoffs, too many sacrifices (which will be readily made by the American people, the open-ended commitment to a war-time footing will take the confidence out of the overall market, except for defense related co's. I wish it were otherwise, but I don't see it. Don't be surprised at another 200-300 pt drop in the Dow. Again I hope I'm 180° wrong, but...
