MB Trading and Cyber Trader's service is impressive. I have read almost the entire thread of each company and even got an opportunity to watch MB Trading's public support chat room, quite impressive even to an old lady such as myself. I am impressed at the level of service and professionalism. Cyber was not nearly as proactive but understanding the relationship that Mr. Doubek pointed out made it clear what the MB Trading representatives must go through in order to support such a large client base with such efficiency. Thank you for the private messages of help from so many of you. It seems many of these on-line data and software companies have similar problems. All the best and thank you again. Ashley
