By obstructing Burton's committee's investigations into the crimes committed by slick willy, reno, now a candidate for governor of Florida, probably covered up trails of evidence that may have led to defenses against terrorism. Falwell statements about the ACLU are definitely warranted. We have gone beyond legitimate freedoms in this country to the point that outrageously evil actions have become legitimate e.g., NAMBLA, insanity defense, lesser sentences based on previous discrimination or abuse. The failure to investigate incoming aliens backgrounds and the rampant disregard of illegal aliens entry into our country in hopes of garnering votes has done some irreparable damage. It will take years to work our way out of the jam that the remnants of the slick willy presidency have sewn upon our nation.knc
