maybe you're right... creatine worked for me too (been on and off it 3 times), adds like 5-10 pounds of body weight within two weeks and gives 1-2 more reps before failure or just move up in weight, really is amazing. The weight is all water but it fills your muscle cells instead of fat cells so you don't look bloated. I guess the best part is it lets you lift harder so you get some lasting effects from that. Puts the body through hell coming on and off the stuff though while you adjust, got myself badly dehydrated once because of it
