you left out Cendant (CD) in your portfolio. they are heavily into real estate and travel. just acquired Cheap Tickets (CTIX)as i recall.

oh well, probably too late now:

p.s. - what do you think of the adult education sector

will people go to adult education schools more or less during recession?

finance.yahoo.com

APOL is my favorite short candidate in this sector right now as it has the highest valuation. P/E of 44, P/S of 6 is ridiculous for a bunch of schools?

plus, APOL's programs require that the student be employed or "have access to an organizational environment that allows you to apply the concepts you learn in our courses,"

so methinks the newly unemployed would not be applying there or continue going there. they would probably go to a regular community college or less expensive local college.

plus, who really needs a degree to flip burgers anyway.
