The Admin did invent it and that it is a fact, and at the time it was a reasonable thing to do, I never criticized them for stretching it, and saying the White House and most preposterous AF1 were targets. So they deflected criticism that is not a bad thing nor was it inferred as bad. And that is what it was and you can't change that.
