Don, it's the billion people question. Complex. I could argue it either way. I don't know what "iron fisted" cultures have endured the test of time however. Whatever the decision, I hope the rest of the world supports it. The last thing we need is a meltdown. And I thought managing my portfolio was a challenge. P.S. For TOMmy followers, any opinions on the latest volumes? A couple of 40-50K days. Perhaps the precursor to a sell-off, or a buying binge, or neither? JT
