I can't say I have any facts but I get a good feel from Mr. Blair on this one. When I found out he was here in the US my immediate thoughts were that he is committing military forces and is here to work out a frame work.

I also believe that his presence last night, was a very good show of support and also very significant not only in its symbolism, but what it portends for UK involvement.
