This is all very good news as far as I am concerned. I am renewed with hope and confidence that despite the agonizing delay from commission of the scheme to action by the SEC that the day for action has indeed arrived. I hope fervently that the day of reckoning will arrive just as surely for other long playing dramas for which substantial and credible evidence has been demonstrated. I will not wallow about saying I told you so to all those that were so offensive toward anyone that spoke up and raised questions about the statements of the company. (Well, I won't say it too much anyway.) But I will enjoy this moment to say with some certainty in the light of the SEC actions that MTEI was a SCAM. No longer "seemed to be", nor "apparently was" - just plain was. Provably so now. Best of luck to all who may have lost money on MTEI. As consolation I hope this small measure of retribution wrought by the SEC pleases you even a fraction as much as it does me. I hope we have all learned through this process not to tolerate these kinds of schemes in the future. And not to walk away, but rather to speak up about companies that try these kinds of things again.
