Good point... I believe the articles that are coming out about leaving the door open to UN control over Afghanistan after this is over, are accurate. It will accomplish two goals... the destruction of extremist infrastructure in that mountainous nation, as well as the complete destruction of the opium trade, and marijuana trade (Colombia coming up down the road??).. What will be interesting to see is which nations opt to participate in such occupation and rebuilding... And how the natives react to such a multi-country operation. I'm sure the Chinese and Russians will both wish to participate, as well as the Indians. Hawkmoon
