Christ. One second the down is up substantially. I go to send an email and we're down nearly 150. You blink in the market and your portfolio can drop 10%.

I wish Bush wouldn't have used the term "costly" last night. I think it has quite a few people spooked. I know the forum wasn't a place to discuss the stock market, but unless we can get consumer confidence back - this country could be in a world of hurt financially.

Should see a few waves, hopefully building in strength on the upside...Nice recovery in AM, but not the staying power I was looking for...Let's see what happens this PM...It'd be nice to see a "green" DOW by the close, but maybe wishful thinking as many may not wish to hold for the weekend given the uncertainty on the political stage...(seems to me 100% uncertainty is already factored in though along with any other imaginable calamity!)
