Rally into the close seems possible. I'd be closing out some more shorts. . . and also, if the COT comes out and shows some covering, that might inspire more. Flip side, of course, is who the heck would hold long into this weekend?

Still, imagine this scenario. . . we climb towards the highs near the close. . .and gap UP on Monday to form an island reversal. At this point, no one is expecting THAT <g>

The Dow's a shambles, but the naz is hovering around that old gap at 1419. Maybe the naz can save us!

Is there any CME news that would explain why the S&P mini is not updating? Both my datafeeds for the contract are stuck on 966.25
