That's a very important post.
They stopped short of creating an "Anti-Terrorist " position, which would have authority over all intel, and just stuck with domestic to start with.
Ridge will have to have authority over FBI and all domestic law enforcement, which is a big job.

Did you hear what happened at the Flyers match last night? Bush started talking just after the 3rd period started. The whole place stopped to listen. Afterwards, the two teams met at the center line, shook hands and called it a tie.
