My beaten-down stock pick of the week: HMT (Host Marriott REIT). Currently under $7.00 Got chopped in half after Bill Marriott lost his hotel at the WTC. Ex-dividend date in a few days. They're not making many promises about what the dividend will look like the next time, however....heavy cost-cutting going on in their biz right now. This company owns a lot of valuable real estate in major cities and does know how to make a buck. I think it's a buy.
