JT: I don't think we respond until ALL manpower and equipment is in place and all coalition partners are on the same wavelength and have their responsibilities and manpower and equipment in place. I don't think they are there yet. I believe Bush and company will want to wait until they can launch some sort of victory in the shortest amount of time with the use of overwhelming force. In Afghanistan, there is a two month window right now where the weather should be as good as it gets for a military response.
