Thank you much, Tom. we've had some postive developments this morning ...It makes sense with the fall in
rates and the big fall in equities that the stock market valuation model would be looking better, in fact the
model says that stocks are 17% undervalued, lowest valuation reading since Oct of 1998 and the start of 1996 prior
to that.

------------

06:48 ET Barron's : Barron's, long known for its bearish market view, runs a bull on the cover this week; cover story argues that the market is now undervalued using the "Fed model."

08:43 ET Crude Oil Drops Overseas : Oil fell further overseas on concern of a slowing global economy; Brent crude for November settlement fell as much as $3.14 or 12% to $22.30 per barrel on the London Exchange, its biggest decline since January 1991.

09:11 ET Goldman Ups Equity Weighting : Goldman Sachs strategist Abby Joseph Cohen ups equity weighting to 75% from 70%, cuts fixed income weighting to 22% from 27%.
