CNBC just announced that the FBI has received notification that one of the major movie studios is possibly the target a terrorist action. I knew about this yesterday since my wife works at one of the majors and emails were sent out and they had company wide meetings about it. They are taking it very seriously as the source is apparently very credible. It is apparently the only threat that the FBI is treating as legit. Does it make sense to look at the put and shorting activity as an advance warning? Disney, Warner Brothers and Universal are all very close to each other with WB in between Dis and Universal. All located in the Burbank/Studio City area. Paramount is over the hill in Hollywood and then there are the Culver City studios a few miles away.
