Good criminey An attack is forewarned as possible, and city reaction is "Let's not tell anyone". I understand normal city political behaviour is that it's too darn much trouble to have people worried about something is isn't necessarily going to happen. Folks, this has to change. We're all grownups now. Damn well better publish the threats, and rumors of threats, and let's all get ready to understand the difference, and how to prepare. Yes, it's going to kick our economy in the stomach, and already has. But we have not choice, we'll have to get used to it and make it work.
