well, that's a good sign. unfortunately he's the exception at this stage, not the rule. but this is how a bottom begins to form, no doubt about it. but even though a near term bottom is probably in the offing soon, i don't believe the long term bear will be done at all...i expect THE low to occur next year, some 200-250 SnP points below current levels. either May or November 2002 are my current candidates for that low, timewise.

they're trying to use all the contrarian bottom signals. I had also noted earlier today that for the first time in months they're saying this is NOT the bottom. Trying to give the gold TOP contrarian signal by issuing several upgrades the past couple days. Now only minutes since my last post, they're on Cnnfn again explaining why there's NOT a leverage/derivative problem. They sure seem to need to play this game like there's no tomorrow. I'm starting to wonder like long-gone if much gold is in fact long-gone.
