While Israel talks they continue to confiscate properties, bulldoze orchards, and cut the neighborhoods off from one another ala Apartheid South Africa.

Is that condusive to talking?

Incidentally, is it some sort of cosmic joke that in 1948 both Apartheid in South Africa was instituted and the State of Israel was created?

The Israelis use talk as a stalling tactic while they continue to bulldoze more Arab homes to make room for secular (non) Jews from Baltimore. If America was so concerned about human rights, they would have ordered Israel out of Lebanon, out of the territories, and guarded the Palestinians back to their land that was confiscated in 1948. International Law is used for those we want to get.
