"The diplomatic sources said the Pentagon recommended using tactical nuclear weapons shortly after it became known that the terrorist attacks caused an unprecedented number of civilian casualties." The thought that they would use nuclear weapons is frightening. Where would they drop these nuclear weapons? No one can find the enemy. It seems that the military should locate the enemy b4 it fires missiles, and hopefully, they wouldn't be nuclear. If the US drops nuclear weapons or missiles on unarmed civilians the Pentagon will give additional Anti-American fuel to terrorists and governments that are not sympathetic towards the US.
