So you have no answer for my question?

Now ain't that rather funny given that you, "Mr. America basher", haven't YET offered one logical strategy for dealing with folks like Bin Laden..

You are now claiming that you "think" Bin Laden should be punished for ordering murders. But what if he only financed an operation aimed at attacking the US, without having specific knowledge of the acts to be committed, nor endorsing the deaths that resulted??

Should he still be punished for providing tacit and financial support??

And what recommendations are you willing to make as to HOW we should go about capturing Bin Laden and his cronies so they can be brought to justice??

Would you use force? If so, how much and to what extent (considering we've been pressuring the Taleban to surrender him for several years now).

And considering that the Taleban have incarcerated 6 international aid workers on charges that they were "evangelizing christian beliefs", I think your example of trumping charges about a critic's sexual orientation is rather bland..

Baaaahhhhh!!!!
