Thanks for the answer. I guess that Goodwill, should probably be renamed Badwill from now on, since it creates such when it is written off.

I maintained at the time that WIND had paid too much for INTS, and this write-off pretty much validates that. FYI: I used to work at INTS and IMO it was one of the most fucked up companies I've ever come across. It had some cracker-jack departments (I was in one called ASD) but mostly it spent its time acquiring and de-worthing other smaller companies, and playing internal politics (Naren Gupta was largely responsible for that situation which is why I want him off the BOD of WIND). Such a joke that he has more stock than Fiddler now.

Still, WIND the company is sound IMO, and at these levels a good investment (other than the fact that the entire world economy is heading for recession, and we're at war). But remember: Bombs are embedded systems, and there's probably going to be some stong damand for those in the coming weeks.
