The cash will now be burned at a rapid rate. Forgot to mention one thing. A check on insider trading activity should also confirm my theory to indicate if management really wanted to be a long term player. (Although I have not checked it myself since I do not own ONIS either way). Another RBAK in the making.

I will look to bail on a Nasdaq rally.
