I know not. Isn't use of the term "asleep at the wheel" more than a bit inflammatory as it was an unprovoked unannounced act of war against a civilian target? If I sneak upon the outside of the home of an unknown person and set it afire under the cloak of darkness, were the owners also "asleep at the wheel"? Of "enough fear out there", after this most vile act, what is "enough fear"? If there were "enough fear" wouldn't we see gold at $600?
