Don't pillory Hillary. I hate to tell you, Kenny, but the determining factor in '02 and '04 elections ain't gonna be Operation Infinite Justice. It's going to be the economy. Both political parties are in agreement on OIJ, so that won't be a campaign issue.

You can say all you want about the junior senator from N.Y., but she's going to be a fixture in the Senate until at least 2006.
