Would you favor gutting all restrictions on insider trading in order to make the market more efficient?

Seems like the classic trade-off between equity and efficiency to me.

Hello to all my thread friends. Thank you for your concern about my welfare. I'm OK. Unfortunately, friends and family are not. Perhaps in the future I will feel up to relating recent experiences, but not today. It's a difficult time for all of us as we try to comprehend the uncomprehendable. Faith in God has helped. The bottom-line: Let's nail those muthaf*ckers before they do it again.
