"did they finally become a subscription based service" Not to my knowledge. I suspect that you may be running a firewall which wont allow it to access and update your data base. I stopped using Bigeasy regularly for scans when I realized that the market was topping last year. I took a more conservative approach which most of you who are regular visitors know. If you would, like I will reload their software and try to update it in an effort to nix your problem. It may be about time to bone up on some of the old style trading techniques that were successful over the past several years.
