Excellent post, thanks...<g> Yes, at least a bounce, and maybe much more than that... I'm long Dec SP's at 944 and 954, and I think I could see some real fireworks in these markets beginning on Monday, provided nothing hideous happens over the weekend... I hear Ashcroft warned the citizens of Boston to prepare for a possible problem this weekend..... this is sickening and disheartening that we have to endure this..... have a pleasant weekend and stay safe.....

two points:1) I also have been following Yardeni for some time. Even if you plug in a drop in earnings of %10 we are still about 15% undervalued. However, we got 40-45% overvalued using this model so we could go lower for sure. It is certain we are closer to the bottom and I am going to start legging in.

2) After following this thread for several years, it would appear that its title has become much more relevant. I've been waiting.

Vi,
Yardeni uses analyst projections which are always too high for the next year projections. More accurate projections would not be undervalued.
