Sounds like you are referring to acts of assassination. Not that I am condoning it, but having their hands tied does not mean they were innocent, either.

backs.'> or tied to fence posts with their family. After inserting bamboo into eyes and ears intestines were pulled out so the pigs could eat before they died. The chiefs & family had this type done while villagers were forced to watch. Not much different than what we saw on the 11th,,
