I believe that we will take care of this problem, and then forget about. We have a habit of not following things through, unfortunately or fortunately...who knows?

But I do believe that we will finish this job, and then we'll just have to see what happens next.

I believe you won`t see the US declare war on each state as such.

Each state will be invaded and its regime replaced with one that supports the US.

It will be done one by one.

Not interim governments under the auspices of the UN.
