Andreas Re..We have the upcoming Athlon XP (and WinXP) launch in October.<<<<<<

Also Niles was on CNBC this AM and he said a lot of investors looked at Price/sales now when a lot of companies are losing money. He also said a P/S ratio of 2.2 was good. AMD is at or about 1

Andreas, Yes, I'm back into AMD, but not as much as I'd wanted.

Having said that, I think the late bounce today was most likely short covering which will be unwound Monday morning.(What I just said was I expect AMD to dive Monday morning in the absence of news.)

And I think AMDs' low enough here. Come Monday, given no change in the situation(if it dives), I expect to be pressing on those calls of '03 that I missed today, & to keep pressing through the week 'till I'm filled.

And I think I'm going to pick through the big boyz looking for a short or two.

I've still got INTC short for a little, but it's getting marginal now. May not go below $5.00, and who wants to hold a short for a $15.00? But, it's been good to me so I guess I'll keep it.
