They keep saying that! If they haven't spent it yet, then what are they waiting for? The year-end inventory firesale? If they have spent most of it already, then they should say so and give a clearer picture.

BTW, does anyone look at PRIA? I haven't seen it so cheap in a very long time.

At this point, this year's cap ex is meaningless. It is next year's cap ex number that is going to move the semi caps.

THanks Brian for putting on topic info in bold on the first line so I can scan for non political info... just not enough time to read the thread... I wish we could move the OT stuff elsewhere... like here suite101.com

but I think people like to debate with friends...

so it would be nice to have a way to avoid all the off topic stuff and your method helps find on topic info. :)
